The Asian Wedding Network will endeavour to make this site available at all times, however Asian Wedding Network can not be held responsible for faults beyond our control that make the site or advertisers links to external sites temporarily unavailable.

The Asian Wedding Network operates this site for the benefit of couples looking for wedding services, individual/groups looking for event suppliers and advertisers to promote their business. The Asian Wedding Network will not be liable for the accuracy of adverts and claims made within adverts. You the site user will contact advertisers directly using links and contact details provided by the advertiser through us. Any contract/transaction entered into with advertisers/suppliers on this site is entirely between you the site user and the advertiser/supplier.

Important

The Asian Wedding Network will in no event be liable, responsible or offer any warranty for any contract you enter into with suppliers on this site or service provided, or product purchased from this sites advertisers. The Asian Wedding Network will only accept advertisers we feel will benefit the site and couples looking for quality services. However we do have to accept adverts based on the information supplied by the advertiser.

All content on this site is for the personal use of the users seeking services and products. You the user agree not to pass on or reproduce any content, text or images to a third party for commercial use.

Liability

The Asian Wedding Network will in no event be held liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever arising from the use of this site.

The Asian Wedding Network reserves the right to alter/update these terms and conditions at any time.

Terms of Service - for businesses, advertisiers and suppliers

All orders foradvertising space made by you and accepted by The Asian Wedding Network ("we/us") through www.asianweddingnetwork.co.uk or www.asianweddingnetwork.com (the 'Website'), are subject exclusively and strictly to these Terms of Service of Trade:

1) Ordering

1.1) All business listing or advertising space requests made by you through the Website or over the phone are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.

2) Description of Goods & Prices

2.1) The cost for listing and advertising is confirmed prior to placing your order via the ‘list your business section’ on the website. After we receive your order with payment, we will confirm by email when your listinghas been applied to the site.

2.3) We reserve the right to adjust the cost and charges for our services and any specification on the Website at our discretion.

2.4) By advertising on the Website, you automatically agree to have your listing included in the magazine directory. The way your listing appears in the magazine will be entirely at our descretion. We may choose to alter the details, the text, the format or any images you supplied when you signed up; unless you advise us prior to going into publication.

3) Payment

3.1) The total cost of your order is the price of the goods as set out on the intitial sales page.

3.2) Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account upon completion of your order.

3.3) You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.

3.4) We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment.

3.5) The price for the goods as set on the Web site is the total price for listing. This includes the cost of listing your business in the Asian Wedding Network’s annual magazine directory.

4) ‘Delivery’

4.1) We ‘validate’ your advertisement and make your listing live after confirmation and receipt of payment. This is usually done within 24 hours of payment but may take upto 5 business days, after checking through your listing. Obviously, this period may be longer if your payment is made via the post.

4.2) You will receive a confirmation upon validation, via email.

5) Cancellation & Returns

Should you wish to cancel your order, you may only do. However, if payment has been made for that period, then payment will not be returned.

6)Security & Privacy

You should review our Privacy policy.

7) Changes To These Terms & Conditions Of Trade

We may change these Terms & Conditions of Trade at any time.

8) Severance

Each provision of these Terms & Conditions of Trade shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the invalidity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.

9) Law

These Terms & Conditions of Trade shall be governed by the laws of the UK and Scotland and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relative High Court.
